History Challenge - Tuesday 23rd June

Hello year 4,

Last time, for your history challenge, you looked at the life of Captain Cook. Captain Cook famously lived in Whitby for a period of time and it is said this is where he develop his interest in the sea and travelling. If you haven't completed the research lesson on Captain cook it would be a good idea to complete that first!

Recently, people have requested a number of statues and monuments be removed from around the country, as they the believe some of the historical figures the represent were not good people. Captain Cook's statue is one of these.
