Whitby Challenge - 2/6/20
Hello everyone.Today to link to the Whitby them I would like you to do some art work.
One of the most famous landmarks in Whitby is The Caedmon Cross.
The cross was erected in 1898 and stands outside St Mary's Church in Whitby.
It commemorates Caedmon who was a local herdsman who is said to have been visited by an angel who gave him the ability to compose songs.
I would like you to do a pencil drawing of the cross.
