English Challenge - Friday 8th May
Hello everyone, we hope everyone is still well.
As today is the 75th anniversary of VE Day we thought we would set you the challenge of designing a poster for a street party to celebrate.
Many places did intend having a street party before lockdown and some places are still going to have some celebrations, obviously sticking to social distancing rules.
You will need to think about the information on the poster such as where, what time and what activities would be there. Would people need to dress up in 1945 style clothes? What would children do?
Do some research to help and remember that posters should be eye-catching and colourful.
