English Challenge - Thursday 30th April
Hello everyone,
Today we are going to do some descriptive writing.
You will need to remind yourself about things you have learnt at school earlier in the year and at home over the last few weeks such as expanded noun phrases and fronted adverbials.
You will also need to think about different sentence types to make your writing interesting.
Don't forget punctuation!
For each of these pictures do a piece of descriptive writing. Try to use ambitious and interesting vocabulary. Use all of your senses. What can you see, hear, smell, feel.
It would be great to see some of your work.
