Last time we looked at how animals can be classified between vertebrates and invertebrates. If you missed that challenge look back at the week 4 challenge before this one.
Another way of sorting animals into groups is by determining which class of animals they are. You have probably heard of some of these classification names before. Here's a video to help:
Task -
Draw and label 3 different animals from different classes. Label them with some of their key features. You could choose -
An eagle - bird
A whale - mammal
A frog - amphibian
or another other animals from the insect, reptile, fish, arachnid or mollusc groups.
